Thank you for your response which prompts me to now wonder if anyone reads the adverse comments prior to responding or is it rather that stock answers are simply posted without any consideration of the need for remedial action. There was not a delay in delivery. I was advised that my delivery would take place at a time some ten hours prior to the sending of the ETA. I had assumed an ETA message would be sent in advance of rather than after the ETA. It waz was also sent some six hours after the company had delivered the load. I can understand delivery times slipping but the messaging here is farcical. I would also point out that this is the second time in succession that my ETA notifications has happened after the delivery has taken place. Perhaps rather than passing on customers comments for action by the delivery company CW should take a.n active role in resolving an issue which reflects badly on their overall customer service.
