At the time you called, we were experiencing higher call volumes than usual which unfortunately resulted in longer waiting times when calling in however this issue is now resolved.

After nearly 6 years being insured via my accountants group policy I returned to Caunce OHara, absolutely a smooth process my company details still their system, a requote and update of details done...
Very helpful when trying to get a quote, no email reply as long as i paid.
