Thanks for taking my call.  As discussed I am sorry that the two renewal emails did not reach you.  I have switched the automatic renewal off for next year, as discussed, and we will contact you in advance to make sure all emails are reaching you

We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal Looking at your review it appears you might not actually need the Professional Indemnity Insurance cover after all.  I have just left a message for you regarding this and would be happy to discuss a full refund if you could call me back.
