Hi Rita,
Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service you received.
After speaking with our Customer Service team, I believe there was an issue regarding your job title not being an exact match under the list of professions we are able to select from. Unfortunately, we must select a profession from the master list and are unable to input the specific job title manually however the team have assured me that any discrepancy in job title will in no way impact your insurance.
If you have any questions you don’t feel have been answered adequately, please do send them over to our Team Leader, Jake, at JakeFalconer@caunceohara.co.uk. He will be more than happy to assist with any queries you may have although we do have to provide non-advised sales, in line with the Financial Conduct Authority which means we can only provide objective information. For example, if you need any further information on what an insurance policy covers we can absolutely provide you with that but we won’t be able to tell you which policies to take out.
