Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry to hear about your experience.
After speaking with our Customer Service team, I believe there was a technical issue on our system which incorrectly sent you a non-automatic renewal email. I do apologise for this error and understand that it may have been confusing when you were eligible for automatic renewal.
I can see the cancellation email issued to you stated a pro rata refund from the date we cancelled the policy. The refund was made in full as the policy was cancelled inside the cooling off period and you should have received an updated email stating this. I can confirm the refund has been made and should be showing in your account now.
