Sales were efficient but I have sent two emails to their email and neither have been responded to.

I have been with Caunce O'Hara for years,and yet the few things I request they refuse to give me,ie I would like my paperwork hard copy,as I don't have a printer-they refuse,I would like a receipt...

I have tried to call as conflicting emails received and there is no one in customer service available to accept calls till Friday. Extremely poor customer service
