Very impressed- got a call to say one item was out of stock for 24 hours and ask what to do- dealt with extremely efficiently and staff charming on telephone
Sorry to hear that the basins are smaller than you expected however the 2lb refers to the liquid weight that the basins can hold (2lb of water) as this is a constant as opposed to the weight of a finished pudding as this variable depending on what sort of pudding is being made and what ingredients are used (eg Sponge pudding or Christmas pudding).
If the basins are unused please feel free to return them to us for a refund.
Kind regards
