Our own brand compatible cartridges should perform to the same standard as the original cartridges so I can only presume the cartridge you received has a chip error of some sort. As with all of our own brand cartridges we offer a 2 year guarantee that covers all aspects of quality and performance. We will always do anything we can to help so I would be more than happy to raise a return for the cartridge.
