Delay caused by card failing to go thru but did not find this out for some days. When rectified all went smoothly.

We take payment on dispatch and contact customers within a day of their order if card details are declined. We make continuous attempts to contact our customers until we successfully get through and on this occasion it did take several attempts to make contact. We're pleased we were able to get your items to you once contact was made. Thanks for the feedback.
