Phone consultant not very knowledgeable. Tops of sleeves over poles have broken on 3 sides within two months of purchase .

Thank you for your feedback. I'm not sure who you have spoken so I do apologise about this. I'm sure they would have asked if you have a protective cap in place. Without a protective cap the metal will just rub against the PVC and wear it down. Your trampoline should have come with caps on all of the enclosure poles, if you do not have these you need to purchase these to protect your pole sleeves.

Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Was an absolute pleasure buying from them. Also being ale to go to their premises and try out different trampolines was very useful.
