I'm sorry about the problem with the net and I have spoken to our customer service team who I believe did email you promptly. We will gladly send you a replacement net under warranty
The order&delivery here fast and smooth.
Unfortunately the product (Jumpking jumpPOD trampoline) was a bit disappointing with safety net enclosure breaking the first day.

We tested the trampoline at the Capital Play showroom beforehand so we knew what sort of quality to expect; also delivered in the timeframe expected.
