Delivery was very prompt. After checking the new safety net I needed to query the fitting due to manufacturing modifications and received clear and helpful instructions over the telephone.
There was a good deal where I saved 15% on some replacement mats for my sons trampoline. I have used the company before and just like then the service and the parts are A1.
Good product. Easy to fit. Very friendly staff. Probably easiest to order online and have it delivered. I collected it as I was in a hurry, but it made no difference to the price.
