Only comment was we had two items on order, instead of sending them together they were posted separately, incurring two postal "forwarding " charges .

thank you for the feedback, occasionally due to certain courier restrictions we are required to send items out separately, however we still only pass on one delivery cost to the customer.
Excellent service. I was given great help choosing my trampoline, and they didn't just automatically pick the most expensive one, even when I said quality was my number one priority
The canopy trampoline cover was delivered very promptly. It was easy to assemble. My grandchildren were very happy to be able to use the trampoline in the rain and not have to worry about bird mess!!!
