Ordered in March still no update on order (13/05 ) - money taken from account on order and not on dispatch very unhappy with service

Hi James, thank you for your feedback. Our website states that all pre-orders are due back at the end of May.You will receive a shipment notification email once we have received the goods, followed by an email from the courier company with tracking details.
