Capital was the only company that could actually provide me with a trampoline the next day! All other companies had it ‘in stock’ but woul get the manufacturer to send it out within 5 days.

Thank you for your review. After many lengthy discussions with you and your installer regarding this, you have acknowledged this is a dispute between you and your landscaper and the scope of work that you commissioned, not the trampoline itself. Each installation is different depending on the individual garden and the work commissioned and so we must advise that you resolve this issue with your landscaper. Please note that we have never received any negative feedback regarding this installer before despite them carrying out numerous installations for a number of our customers but we take feedback like this very seriously and so, as you know, we have spoken at length them regarding this.
We are always on hand to advise on installation if required and hope that you are able to resolved this swiftly so your children can enjoy their trampoline.
