Extremely friendly and helpful gave us all the time in the world to try out all the trampolines, we were there for an hour just to make sure! Great help over the phone too and installation perfect!

Thank you for your feedback, yes we do recommend the platform ladder if you find the entry to the BERG trampoline a bit tricky
Excellent service, and very helpful. Warning the springfree R54 trampoline is difficult to build. Probably because it's the smallest version meaning the spring rods are very difficult to install.

Thank you for your feedback. The rods on the trampoline are very robust so they require some muscle to put them in. We recommend watching the install videos on YouTube first as they show you the special technique to make it much easier.

Fabulous in the ground trampoline. Bought lights to go with it but they broke after 2 years having barely used them. They gave me a small discount off new ones but I was a little disappointed that...
