My complaint about the quality of the initial trampoline tie down kit was dealt with promptly and efficiently and the kit replaced by a better kit of acceptable quality/price.

Sorry to hear that you have received your product in this condition. We sell high quality products and this is definitely a faulty kit. We have inspected the batch and will be sending you a replacement kit. We truly are sorry about this experience with us but we hope to regain your positive thoughts of Capital Play.

Amy from Capital Play was in touch with me very promptly requesting photographs. These were supplied and they had no hesitation in dispatching a replacement kit. This was received quickly and was much better quality and completely acceptable.
