Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry for the hassle you went through with delivery. We are currently working with our couriers to make sure that we have the correct postcode information on our website with regards surcharges to certain areas of the UK. We are making progress and hope to have this issue resolved in the next week. I'm very sorry for your experience, and we are doing all we can to ensure we have a permanent solution to this problem.
I received the delivery promptly thanks after ordering over the phone late one evening.
I cannot say if the goods are as expected becasue I haven't actually opened the boxes yet..........

excellent service item arrived after two days of ordering.

Very good customer service. I had inadvertently bought trampoline netting without the poles. Capital Play kindly allowed me to buy the poles separately rather than have to return the netting.
