Products are excellent and the service was also very good. I think the display area is excellent as you can see the size of the product which gives a clearer idea of how much room you will require...
Great service at time of sale, delivery, dealing with a subsequent defect and then again following storm damage. No hesitation in recommending Capital Play.

excellent service, only bad point, could not get refund on postage I paid to send order back, would not pay more than they pay to send out. ????

Thank you for your feedback. The problem with the refund of returns postage is that our current payment system does not allow us to send more money than we originally received, meaning that once we had refunded your order, we could not send any more funds. We still have on file your details for the credit note, and I apologise that we were unable to directly transfer you the money.

I dont think I could have got anybody to deliver my parcel back to you for £3.95 as this is a special price, which is done just for you & other company users.
