Thank you for your feedback. We always try to ensure that our product packaging is in good condition with appropriate protection before we ship our orders, but they can sometimes be damaged in transit with the couriers.
Prompt, efficient service, they even phoned me to let me know how to ensure the Courier left my package where I wanted it, in the event of my being out when they it was delivered.
