We are sorry to learn that you are disappointed with our service. The net that you ordered was on back order status which meant we were able to take orders for the item and would ship to you as soon as it arrived with us towards the end of March. The website pages where you ordered from should have informed you of this situation at both the add t basket and checkout stage. Our apologies to you. - Capital Play.
The delivery company was not very good. The lorry was too large to fit on the drive way and the driver had no suitable method of moving the packages via a trolley or tail lift. At 60kg this would not...
