No email confirmatiopn of order and had to log on to get progress report. I then found 'order on hold' with no explanation as to why? Yet to find out.

Thank you for your comments. Each product page makes clear when an item is out of stock and when it will be delivered if you do decide to order though. We are still working on our system to make it even clearer for customers to avoid this situation in the future.
The trampoline bits all arrrived promptly and as ordered. The communications were good, with parcel tracking available. Nice and easy - all web purchases should be like this!
Good range of trampolines, price very competitive, especially as a ladder was thrown in as well. Good customer service in answering queries on delivery.
When we found we had a problem with the zip on our 5yr.net for our trampoline,looked on the TP website ,ordered it and low and behold delv. the next day.hopefully the new net will last.
