I can see that we submitted your application on 3 August 2016 and obtained you a formal mortgage offer on 25 August 2016. This is 3 weeks and 1 day - I appreciate you have been delayed in the buying process even despite having our offer since August and we of course are saddened that you feel that we are partly to blame.
