We sincerely apologise for the incorrect labelling and product you received.

We spoke to the factory that produce this item and they confirmed it was an isolated incident and are still investigating the cause. This is clearly not good enough and we have raised an official complaint. I will keep in touch when this is investigated.

This issue was found to be due to a new operator who had not followed the standard operating procedure despite an extensive training programme and supervision. The factory who produce this item have since updated a number of SOPs to prevent this happening again, strict re-training and disciplinary action occurred. All existing batches have been tested and are not contaminated. We understand that this is an extremely serious error and have been reassured that the preventative steps have been taken for the future. 

Again we do a apologise for this incident and replacement barium chloride has been sent out to yourselves to make up for your loss.
