Probably a good company on balance but my retort stand arrived with no upright column. A short phone conversation ensured the missing part was delivered the next day.

No communication!

I was expecting to have the goods within at least a week, there was not any communication that there was an issue so as a result we where unable to get the goods out on time.

Thanks very much for the feedback. I have looked into this and some of your order came in on time and part of the order was delayed. Camlab try extremely hard to deliver within the stated lead time and i understand we attempted delivery and had to leave it at a collection point for you to pick up. So sorry for any inconvenience caused and we can do better next time. If this is something you regularly order we can set up a standing order for the items so you don't have to wait.
