The response was very slow and bad with multi reminder until we receive a reply. Delivey period -except shipping arrangement & period - was longer than promissed.

We have taken a look at why this occurred and due to the hazardous items within the order there were a number of unfortunate hold backs from packing, documentation and repacking. These delays should have been communicated to you, and we have passed on your feedback to our export team. Goods turned up much later than advised and after chasing no reply was given on when we would receive them. Carriage cost was excessive, particularly when taking into account delayed delivery.
