There are a number of issues that affect the tutorials playing. Many of them are beyond our control, but we have a checklist that we ask viewers to try, but unfortunately we can only advise on playing systems and need information on broadband speeds and operating system versions, but even then it can be broadband playing speeds, WiFi connections etc.
I'm sorry that we have been unable to help on this occasion and with a full refund provided as soon as we became aware we hope to abate your disappointment.
Very useful particulary like down to earth style practical approach

Thank you. We try to keep our tutorials as though they are in real time, showing all the mistakes along the way, which hopefully makes for a better learning experience.
I love the fact as soon as I purchased the course it was straight there on my phone. I would definitely recommend this company to others and I will be using them again.

Thank you for your lovely feedback. Sorry that you have had unnecessary changes due to the currency exchange. At the top of the main menu, next to the sign in and out button, there's an option to select the currency you wish to pay in where we have Euros, sterling US$ and Aus$.
