As a complete novice I purchased the Pro program & started with the business modules, slotting in tutorials alongside.
So far all the course material has been well presented & the tutors relatable....
Excellent classes both from Paul himself and the guest tutors. Like the fact that if something goes wrong or a diffferent decision is made about how something is to be done it's not all edited out. ...

It would be helpful to have the recipes to view or print. For example, making ganache or the cakes. It is tedious and time consuming to write it whilst viewing the tutorial
