I have only viewed one video so I'm only commenting on that one. The videos would benefit with added subtitles as some words are unclear as Paul bends his head to work as well as the strong accent....

Sorry that the camera angle didn't pick things up as clearly as it should have done. I've spoken with our cameraman to ensure that all shots are taken with the viewer in mind. Unfortunately sub-titling would add to the cost of production and when we asked our members if they would be willing to pay a little extra the response was to leave them as they are. However, our customer support team are on 365 days a year and you'll get an answer very quickly so just drop us an email to hello@designer-cakes.com if you have any questions on what's been said.
