Speedy, informative responses are top of our customer support key performance indicators and would never knowingly leave a question unanswered, so we need to work out what's happened to your email and ensure that there is no blockage with the communication. Sorry to hear that you had problems cancelling your membership subscription. We have a dedicated customer support person and even over the weekends you should never wait longer than 12 hours for a reply. We take enquirers through all forms of media and would not knowingly ignore a contact request. However, your experience appears to have been different so we will investigate what's happened and ensure that we look to plug the gap. We have recently introduced a 'Highlights' lesson at the foot of the more recent tutorials where you can watch the whole tutorial in approx 10-15mins. The recurring charges which can be set up monthly or annually can be cancelled at anytime either by contacting us or through your card or merchant. We have email notifications in place, however there has been a technical problem since moving to the new site, but they have been switched on again. If a payment has been taken and account not used with 28 days we provide a refund. Please try out our customer service for response times as we have clearly not met your expectations and would be keen to find out what's happened in this particular occasion. Kind regards, David
