No problems to sort this out for you, so you get the rigt head that gives you a better shower.
Sometimes with multi function heads they can restrict the water flow and give a lesser shower than expected. Please call me on 01527 522 522 and we will make a plan to help you.

As requested I contacted Byretech and they were as good as their word and sorted me out with another head that had less resistance and therefore a greater flow rate for the head of water available. Well done Byretech (ps if you send me a returns bag I will return the Energy six head)
