We try on our website to make it easy for our customers to see the dimensions of the replacement screen seals. We even made a video to show customers how to measure to get the right seal. The product was fine, but as you say you did not order the right seal online for your application, so I think that your feedback is a little unfair and misleading. Once your product returns here you will be refunded the cost of the item and the carriage you originally paid. We post out the most economical way using a franking machine which saves us and you money on postage. We always help our customers, thats why our feedback is 99% via feefo.
