Although Byretech were very helpful, their delivery company let them down by delivering to the wrong address. However, Byretech compensated us by refunding the delivery charge.

Having specifically chosen to order from Byretech because of their next day delivery, they were out of stock and delivery took 2 weeks. Very unhappy. Would have chosen another retailer if I had...

Sorry that we could not fulfil your order imediately, but if our suppliers didn't have the item in stock so we could not get it out to you imediately. Not our usual delivery time of "next day" but very occasionally we do get odd products that our suppliers can't ship, because they themselves are out of stock. I hope that we kept you informed during this time, which we normally do. Please accept our apologies....

Thanks for the feedback Bryan, Unfortunately no grab rail manufacturer supplies fixings as they won't know what the item is being attached too. Its one of those health and safety issues unfortunately.... Sorry.....
