I think your feedback is a little unfair and misleading. Cramer and Byretech bent over backwards to get you the replacement right coloured spray for your bath Free Of Charge. You used the original spray from the scratch & chip kit on a different bath from the first application and the colours did not match. This is because your second bath was not in fact alpine white. Whilst we appreciate the service feedback there was nothing wrong with the product at all. The Scratch & Chip and the Spray paint in teh larger cans supplied were the same colour - 100%. After selling thousands of these, you would be the first user to give negative product feedback and for us its very dissapointing......
