sorry it didn't work out. We tink it is possibly the type of dariner / plughole you have that is not letting the plug sit fully into the plug hole. Apologies again and we can confirm you have been refunded.

The Screenseal MAX covers gaps from 8 to 18mm, so if your screen gap was bigger than 18mm we would not have been able to help you.
We do show on the website the min and max measurements in a graphic, but sometimes people don't see this unfortunately.
I'm sorry it didn't work out for you but we do sell around 30,000 or so a year of these, so its not a super specialised item.
