As noted in our delivery information, shipping times are based on working days (Monday to Friday). Your order was placed on a Friday, and we dispatched it on the next working day (Monday), as promptly as possible. While we always aim to dispatch quickly, delivery times can vary depending on the courier, and unfortunately, these timeframes are not guaranteed. That said, we agree it should have reached you a little sooner given our prompt dispatch. As a gesture of goodwill, we've refunded your standard delivery charge. We're so sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the international shipment and despite our efforts to resolve the situation with the courier, the parcel is still awaiting return to the UK. Please rest assured, we have processed a full refund for you. We're truly sorry we weren't able to get your gift to you as planned - most of our international deliveries do run smoothly, so it's disappointing that this one didn't go to plan.
