We will drop you an email now to resolve this for you. If an item is ever received damaged we will always replace. We are so sorry if you did not receive a response via social media, we might be a little behind the times with our feeds. You can always drop us an email and attach an image to the follow up.
I ordered a room/pillow spray online from Brummells. After waiting for around 3 weeks, it hadn't arrived so I contacted Brummells and an extremely helpful customer service man chased my order....
