Mr Kamenis, In response to your feedback we have investigated your comments and can advise that we arranged an insurance policy for you based on the information you had provided – where you stated that you had an entitlement to 4 years No Claims Discount. Unfortunately, you were unable to produce a document to prove this entitlement to a no claims discount which resulted in an increased premium. One of our experts gave you a number of options, but there is a charge for the period of cover you have had, and you chose to cancel the policy. In processing the cancellation of the policy we have actually declined to take any charges from the refund of premium which our terms of business entitle us to do to assist you with the amount due to insurers. This business prides itself on treating all of our customers fairly, but if you do feel that this has not been the case then you can of course complain to us or the FCA, you can find details of how to do this in the documents you have or on our website.
