Taking incentives to followup on backlogged customer orders. A month and a half after ordering a replacement charging cable and still no tracking number.

I incorrectly mixed up the original shipping dates and accidentally gave an exaggerated shipping delay claim. The product ordered was delivered including with an added charging dock.

I have found your order, you placed it on March 29, 2020. I do apologize this is an exceptionally long wait time for one of our products. Its been at least two weeks. We are working very hard to remedy the issue and will follow up with tracking as soon as it becomes available. I do my best to respond to each and every email that I receive in a timely fashion. It's been almost 3 weeks and my bread trimmer is not here. It's not an international delivery I live in the US.
