We’re both sorry and surprised to hear you’re unhappy with your recent experience at Breeze, as we had not been made aware of any concerns during the transaction process and our records show order updates were provided regularly.
A visual check was made of your phone, which had a small usb port and not type c, so was not compatible with the lead we had available. As such, we did not attempt to connect it.
As there can be so much information to take in at handover, we offer all customers a refresher to go over any questions or concerns arising after owning the car for a little while – we’d be more than happy to do this with you to help with your infotainment system set-up.
