No customer support, booking confirmation has no details, no additional insights, overall poor experience compared to well-established travel sites.

Site is really eady to use. Booked 4 holidays for 2 for less than £200. Been to all these sites before, and always go back, as great caravans, spotlessly clean, great entertainment, food, locations

Straightforward and easy to book.

Easy enough to book and navigate website but very poor communication and very difficult to contact. I’d recommend booking directly and avoiding BreakFree if possible, I won’t be using them again.

First time using this site, easy to use and great value. Looking forward to a few days away
