Everything was great but when I booked our 4night stay it said dog friendly but the one I booked was not. Now I have to change the booking so that I can take my dog.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the standard of your accommodation. Our aim is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide accommodation which is - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information. We are sorry that this wasn't the case .
