After paying for a holiday at a pet friendly resort I was told there was no accomadation available for pets. They will not give me my money back

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have encountered problems when trying to add your dog to your holiday booking. To be able to add a dog to your holiday booking you need to select dog friendly accommodation, the dog charge is then automatically added. You may be able to add a dog directly with the Park Operator, but this would be subject to their availability and prices.
