Really disappointed! I booked a pet friendly caravan and even phoned the day of booking to confirm my pet had been included. Arrived and tried to check in to be told that my pet had not been included...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry but although a dog friendly accommodation is booked you still need to add the dog charge at the time of booking for the park to know that you are bringing a dog. We apologise for the confusion with the outstanding balance.
