Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the return process. We'd like to clarify that we offer a couple of return options for our customers. You can use our recommended FedEx return service, which provides a secure and fully tracked return, with the return cost deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. Alternatively, you are welcome to use any courier of your choice and pay the shipping cost directly to them. We understand that return costs can be frustrating, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Best wishes, Brastop.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the bras were much larger than expected and that the sizing guide did not help you find the right fit on this occasion. Sizing can sometimes vary between brands and styles, so even if you usually wear a KK cup elsewhere, the fit may differ with different manufacturers. We understand how frustrating this can be when ordering online. We would recommend trying our Fit Quiz and sizing guides on our website, and if you'd like further assistance, our Customer Support team would be happy to help recommend a size and style based on your measurements and fit concerns. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope we can help you find a better fit in the future. Best wishes, Brastop.
