Extremely poor would not shop with them in future. Very bad returns experience no need for the run around stalling refund out for weeks lucky I paid by PayPal and the closed the case in my favour...

Unfortunately this customer was not happy when we advised him it would take up to 14 days to process his refund after he returned a product he believed was faulty. We advised our refunds are usually much quicker than this, but due to the time it would take to confirm the fault with his product we advised it could take up to 14 days. We processed a full refund 8 days after receiving the product back. We closed the customers case on PayPal when we processed his refund. We always ensure we are processing returns and refunds as quickly as possible, but we do quote up to 14 days when asked for a timeframe to allow for busy periods but it is very rare it would ever take that long.

Oase had not confirmed a fault with the product to this customer, they had asked him to carry out some standard troubleshooting checks which he refused to do and returned the unit to us. We have the facilities to test the majority of products in house, but not this one, so it would need to be returned to Oase to be tested. We advised that it would take up to 14 days for this to be done and the customers refund to be processed if the product was faulty. We processed a refund for the customer 8 days after receiving the product back, PayPal didn't authorise the refund or process this, we closed the case when we refunded the customer within the 14 days as promised. We always try and process returns and refunds as quickly as possible, but will always quote up to 14 days when asked for a timeframe to allow for busy periods but it very rarely takes that long.
