Disappointed with the quality but I decided to give it a try only to find the whole mould leaks in three different places .why when it should have an internal tube . Had to drill a hole in the base to allow the water to escape ,so accordingly I cannot return
Again very disappointed.,cannot say I would recommend either the product or Bradshaw direct

I do not believe anyone in our team would tell you that you can not return this, if it arrived faulty and leaked then of course you are entitled to return.
