Thanks for the feedback. With regards the handle holes, our boxes used to have them but nearly every removal company we supply doesn't like them. Apparently it encourages people to use them and if the boxes are over full and under taped, the worst happens. Lids are a different issue but would cost more money, something most people are reluctant to consider. Nevertheless we will keep an eye out for similar comments and, as always, adjust the range if others feel the same :-) Good luck with the rest of your move and sorry for the slight delay in getting your order to you.
