Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. If only the individual that packed up your order had taken a little more time too. For the record, their card is marked and they’re on a final warning. We thought about firing them but we believe everyone is entitled to one mistake. As I said on the phone to your husband, whilst we do what we can to limit them, mistakes can happen, which is why we try to encourage customers to leave a little more time for delivery, especially around a bank holiday weekend. At least that way we could have sent out the item you were missing in time for your move. I’m glad though you received all the other items you ordered from us and you were able to source the missing item elsewhere. Sorry again for the stress.
