Firstly thanks for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear your packing materials didn't arrive the following day. Glad to see though they arrived the next morning at 9.40. Unfortunately, due to their size, some parcels have to be manually sorted through the courier's network, causing the occasional delay, which is why we're careful not to guarantee next day delivery. We could but we'd rather be honest up front. Good luck with the rest of your move.
